Defy Gravity - Adult Sweatshirt (TAT: 2-3 Weeks)

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. I do not make the sweatshirts and purchase them once you place your order. If your selected sweater and size are not available after you purchase your item,  I will contact you to choose another color. You may choose to cancel your order at that time if you wish. If I do not hear from you within 5 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

2. All hand-embroidered sweatshirts will ship in 2-3 weeks from the order date. This does not include shipping times.

3. The size of the lettering will vary based on the size of the sweater. Letters may be closer together to accommodate for smaller sized shirts. The sweater depicted is a size Small. 

4. Since each product is hand-embroidered and made-to-order, no two will be exactly alike.

5. This item is not for sleepwear.

To prolong the life of your sweatshirt, I recommend that you hand wash it inside-out and lay it flat to dry. Use a steamer to remove wrinkles. Do not iron.

All sales are final. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please message me within 3 business days of receipt. I will ask for photos to verify the incorrect item. Once the incorrect item has been verified, I will then provide the customer with a shipping label to return the incorrect item. All items must be returned unwashed and unworn. 

Please note that exchanges will only be accommodated for incorrectly sent products. Exchanges will not be granted to customers who order the incorrect size, and refunds will not be provided to customers who input the incorrect shipping address and the shipment is not returned to sender. Please be aware that, while the colors of the product are depicted as accurately as possible, they may vary from monitor to monitor.
