Return Policy
All sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email me at orders@prettymagicalapparel.com within 3 business days of receipt. I will ask for photos to verify the damage or incorrect item. Once the damage or incorrect item has been verified, I will then provide the customer with a shipping label to return the damaged or incorrect item. All items must be returned unwashed and unworn. Any exchanges are at my sole discretion, and a final determination will not be made until I receive the damaged or incorrect item. If the exchange is rejected once I review the item in person, the item will only be returned if the customer pays for return shipping. The customer has 5 business days after being notified of a cancelled exchange to pay the shipping fee to have the item returned to them. After the 5 business days, any and all claims to the item are forfeited. If a customer qualifies for an exchange, every effort will be made to send a replacement as quickly as possible. However, if an item is backordered I will not be able to send it within the usual 2 business day turnaround time.
Please note that exchanges will only be accommodated for damaged or incorrectly sent products. Exchanges will not be granted to customers who order the incorrect size, and refunds will not be provided to customers who input the incorrect shipping address and the shipment is not returned to sender. Additionally, exchanges will not be granted for minor imperfections caused by the screen printing process. Please be aware that, while the colors of the shirts are depicted as accurately as possible, they may vary from monitor to monitor.
