I aim to ship in-stock products within 2 business days (Monday through Friday) for orders placed before 5pm Central Standard Time. However, there may be unforeseeable delays in shipping due to complications such as weather, illness, etc. Please note that the aforementioned processing time is in addition to shipping times.

Delivery is currently only available within the United States—I hope to ship internationally soon! All packages ship via USPS First Class Mail (including those using the free shipping promotion for domestic orders totaling $50 and over). This takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Packages ship from Overland Park, Kansas (zip code 66209). Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address. Packages that are returned to Pretty Magical Apparel due to an incorrectly entered address may be shipped again at the customer's expense. Packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to customer error will not be refunded.

 

You may choose to upgrade your shipping to get your package faster. The upgraded shipping charges are shown at checkout. Please note that once your package has been shipped I have no control over how quickly it will arrive and will not be held responsible for any delays or missing packages. You will receive an email with a tracking number once I have mailed your package. If your package does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please check your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier accordingly. If your tracking number states that the order has been delivered but it has not shown up, please contact the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate your order after 5 business days of the projected delivery date, please contact orders@PrettyMagicalApparel.com.
